How to add Authorized Signatures to your Invoice

Adding authorized signatures to your invoices helps to save yourself from any fraud. In Invoicelabs, you can easily do so by adding an authorized signature to each invoice or estimate you create, following these steps:
Step 1:Login into Invoicelabs using your valid login credentials.

Step 2: After logging in, the main screen appears. Click on the Menu button located at the top left corner of the main screen.

Step 3: A list of options appears. Select, Settings from the menu.

Step 4: The Settings Sub-Menu appears. Click on the Default Signature button.

Step 5:The main Window to add the authorized signature appears.

Draw your authorized signature on the blank canvas and Click on the Save button. The signature would get added.

Updating Default Signature

If you want to update the previous signature
Step 1: When the main authorization screen appears, select the Clear button on the top of the screen.
Step 2: Redraw your signature and click on the Save button. The authorized signature would get updated.

Now all your invoices would contain your authorized signature.
