How to Add payment instructions to the invoice
Invoicelabs invoice maker offers you two ways of adding payment instructions to your invoice.
Step 1: Click on the Menu button located at the top left corner of the home screen.
Step 2: From the menu options, go to Settings
Step 3:Click on Payment instructions
Step 4: Add respective information and Click on the Save button..
Note: This saved data will be imported to all the new invoices that will be created afterward
The payment instruction can also be added or edited in the invoice/estimate. To do this, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the invoice creation screen
Step 2: Scroll down and click on the payment method .
Step 3: The Payment Instructions screen appears. Make necessary changes and click on the Save button.
Note: All the changes made in the invoice will only reflect in that invoice/estimate and will not have an impact on default payment instruction
